You’ve never really had a routine that works, or you believe that a routine as a night shift nurse isn’t possible
*new grad nurses must have at least 3 months experience working night shift
What can you expect
In 10 weeks, expect to feel relief from the overwhelm, exhaustion, irritability. Ditch the hangover for better boundaries, more sleep, boosted energy, intentional exercise/movement, upgraded wake-up & wind-down routines, quality time for self-care and social life. You will decrease your risk for night-shift comorbidities; plus improve your overall physical, mental, and emotional health.
