Spring Class of 2022!

This 8-week group mentorship opportunity gives you the education, resources, guidance, and support you need from your mentor to make the lasting changes to your night shift routine that you’ve been wanting to make.

You are also NOT alone! Group mentorship is the best way to connect and learn from others who are living on the dark side with you.

When does class start?

This 8-week structured group mentorship will begin Monday April 4th and end on Sunday May 29th, 2022, with an orientation week to occur March 28th - April 3rd.

Eight 60-minute Zoom calls to dive deeper into the topic of the week, share your struggles & strides, ask questions and get additional support from Ashleigh.

Your routine becomes your guide, the healthy lifestyle you worked step-by-step to design for YOU, that helps you prepare for & recover from your night shifts. This is the feel-good daily plan you can fall back on when you’re struggling.

FAQ's
  • If you are a brand new grad nurse or a seasoned nurse who has never worked night shift, it is recommended that you get at least 3 months of experience with your night shift schedule before enrolling in Night School. Your experiences on night shift will give you the feedback that is necessary to make changes to your routine.

  • Ashleigh is extremely passionate about making sure her mentees get results. In order to provide the best experience for your investment, it is important to make sure you are a good fit for the program and the group.

  • 2 months. Each week’s content begins on Monday. Weekly group calls will occur on Thursdays at 4pm CST. You won’t want to get behind! This is a fast experience with the goal to give you the best result possible, but only if you invest your time to learn and engage.

  • Since this mentorship option moves at a fast pace, it is important to invest your time wisely. Module education takes at most 1 hour each week, opening on Mondays. Plus a group call for 1 hour each week. Plan to invest up to 3 hours each week for content and activities. If you feel a fast pace will be too much for you, consider a one-on-one mentorship instead.

  • I highly recommend making it to the group call to get in-person and live feedback if you are struggling. However, all calls will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours for you to rewatch.

  • The investment for the Night School Spring Class of 2022 will be discussed during the info call once we determine that mentorship is the right fit for you.

    Two payment options are available: pay-in-full (provides the biggest discount) or 3 payment plan options.

    To secure your spot, payment is due at the time of enrollment. For payment plans this is equal to the first payment amount for the frequency you chose.
