There are a couple things that I need you to do so you are prepared for your session and we can use our time with intention.


step one:

Download and/or print the Circadian Tracking sheet.

step two:

Please watch this quick video which explains what you will do with the tracking sheet before your session. 👇🏼

step three:

Fill in your Circadian Tracker each day until the session!

It’s as easy as that!

Make sure you keep track of any questions you have along the way and be ready to ask them in our session.

I can’t wait to work with you to outline a basic night shift routine so you can start planning out your day to prepare for and recover from your night shifts to feel HUMAN again!
